LAB (Linear Alkyl Benzene)
LAB is mainly used in production of LAS (Linear Alkylbenzene Sulfonate) which is used in manufacturing of detergent. LAS accounts for major consumption of LAB globally. The growing demand of cleaners is major driving force behind increasing demand of LAB. Due to its biodegradable nature LAS is heavily used in heavy laundry manufacturing, laundry powders, industrial cleaners, liquid and household cleaners.
